Doctrinal Statement
The purpose of this doctrinal statement is to make it clear that Echoes Of Calvary Inc. is a Christ centered Bible believing ministry and pastoral licensing organization. One of the main functions being to license and ordain men and women of god with a calling on their lives, to minister and proclaim the word of God, with the anointing of the Holy Spirit. However, we do not set forth any other doctrinal statements or teachings which one must commit to concerning ones ministry, other than the following statements of faith which we believe to be the basic fundamental principles of Christianity as stated in God's word, nothing being added as to man-made rules or regulations of a non scriptural nature. We do not put forth any doctrinal statement which is debatable, but not relevant to the salvation of souls or to the furtherance God's Kingdom. We expect that those candidates meeting all other requirements and wishing to be so ordained by Echoes of Calvary, Inc. will adhere with allegiance to the following doctrinal statements.
Statement of Faith:
1. We believe in one God, the sovereign creator of the entire universe, both of those things which are seen and unseen.
2. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and the Savior of the World, who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, died and resurrected, and ascended into Heaven.
3. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit indwelling us.
4. We believe the Bible is God's Word breathed into men without error in it's original form.
5. We believe the church is body of Christ, universal, without walls, and will one day be taken into God's glory when Christ returns to claim this body of believers as His bride and we will live eternally with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
6. It is resolved that Echoes of Calvary of Pennsylvania Inc. being faithful to our God given responsibility will not have those associated with our organization to ever participate in, support, be in agreement with, or otherwise promote same sex marriage or union in any way.
7. We believe that God's word clearly teaches the sanctity of human life and that it begins at conception. It is therefore resolved that Echoes of Calvary of Pennsylvania Inc. being faithful to our God given responsibility will not have those associated with our organization to ever participate in, support, be in agreement with, or otherwise promote abortion in any way.
